Pork Carnitas Recipe

I just basically googled this…

2 pounds of pork stew meat ( I got it from walmart, was just at lean at 93% ground beef)
4 beef flavor cubes
2 pound can of salsa ( I used Herdez)
a bunch of garlic

Toss all of that in a slow cooker on low, with a little extra water and forget about it for 8 to 24 hours. Came out amazing, great flavor and real tender.

Next time I will try adding some more seasonings and make it hotter with some sort of peppers.
