Ive been using the site for info for a couple years, figured now its time to try the supps. The Plazma Super Stack seems the best way to go since i’m starting from a clean slate supplement wise. I do early AM lifts, 5/6x per week. Any thoughts or tips on supp dosing, timing, or just “things you wish you knew beforehand” information would be appreciated. And yes, i did read the directions on each product thoroughly.
