Plazma Usage

I take Plazma as recommended (pre and during workouts) but is it recommended to take Plazma after working out(drink throughout the remainder of the day) or on non-training days?

Plazma is specifically designed as workout nutrition, so there’s generally no need or added benefit to taking it unless you’re training because that’s when it’s most effective and doing its job best.

However, because it’s still packed with fast-acting casein hydrolysate protein and HBCDs, so you could have a serving during the day as a “protein pulse”. You’re just also getting extra nutrients (citrulline, betaine, etc.) along with the quality protein and carbs. This works well in a pinch, especially since Mag-10 protein is still out of stock.
