I’m 21 6’0 and currently weigh 140. Small I know but I workout and I have lots of definition. I came across the Plazma™ supplement and became extremely interested. The main reason being it seems for the testimonial from Mr. John Meadows, this Plazma™ allows you to be in a caloric surplus while still losing fat? Was wondering if you can please explain that process. Gaining muscle defiantly is my mission right now, but I’d like to do it without getting sloppy fat.
