Plazma Stack Question

So I recently received my Plazma stack. Since the Indigo-3G label suggests that I take it twice a day for at least 8 weeks, is it ok to take one dose before lunch and another before my peri-workout? Just wondering if its necessary for me to take the full dose for 8 weeks before switching to only taking one dose per day with my peri work out.

I know everyone has been raving that you don’t need to take a pre-work out supp when you take Plazma, but for myself I know I need that extra kick that jack3d gives me. Is ok to take jack3d ( since it contains DMAA) before I train? Or do you have any other suggestions to get that caffeine rush lol.

Spike Shooters are all you’ll ever need for a “caffeine rush”

With <a href=""target=“new”>Indigo-3G, you want to keep the two doses at least 6 hours apart. One dose (6 capsules) pre-workout, then another dose before a meal. It will depend on when you train as to how you’d plan your Indigo-3G dosing. If lunch and training are at least 6 hours apart, that’s fine. There’s just no need to “overlap” dosages by taking them within 6 hours of one another. Pre-breakfast and pre-training may be better for some, or pre-workout for an AM session, then pre-dinner in the evening.

For best results, use the full dose for a full 8 weeks before moving to a single serving per day. If budget is an issue, you can take Indigo-3G only pre-workout with or before your loading dose of <a href=""target=“new”>Plazma.

If you’re someone who’s always had issues with carbs or easy fat gain, I’d suggest the full serving for 8 weeks to make sure you repair the underlying issues that cause such problems.

If you just want some caffeine pre-workout, simply take cheap caffeine and save your money on the other supplement. Or have a <a href=""target=“new”>Spike tablet or drink for a high-impact effect.
