Plazma & MAG-10 on Rest Days

These two together are phenomenal.
But how would I use them on rest days or would I?
I take Indigo 3G too.
Thanks.

MAG-10 is a great choice on rest days. Good times to take it are when, because of the timing of your recent eating, your blood aminos have likely dipped yet a meal could be a half-hour or more away. Even a single time per day makes a difference, several times a day makes more difference.

PLAZMA isn’t needed on rest days.

Like Bill said, you wouldn’t take Plazma at all on days you’re not training.

Mag-10 would be great first thing in the morning, between meals, with meals, and/or last thing at night. Basically, there’s no wrong way to take it.

The Indigo, I’d stick with just before dinner (unless your highest-carb meal is at another time, then I’d go with that).
