Biotest

Plazma/MAG-10 Dosing

#1

I’m finally looking at biting the bullet and purchasing some Biotest products,
im wondering what the best bang for buck is…
my goal is foremost fatloss, but this is being achieved through diet and cardio, and while indigo is very appealing to me, i feel that money is better spent on a product like Plazma or Surge Workout Fuel…

my thoughts are MAG-10 and Plazma,

So saying i go with the Plazma, one serving 15mins prior to workout, one serving during, should i then be taking anything immediately post workout? or do i follow the MAG-10 protocol and pulse 1hr post workout and then consume a meal?

There are many ways to go about reaching your goal, but it’s always wise to start with workout nutrition if you’re going to be lifting hard. A good, moderate, budget plan with <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma and <a href="http://www.T-Nation.com/store/products/MAG-10"target=“new”>Mag-10 would be:

Plazma: 1 serving preloaded before weight training, 1 serving during.
Mag-10: 1 serving about an hour after you finish up the intra-workout serving of Plazma.

That would do the trick right there.

Or just go with <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/surge-workout-fuel"target=“new”>Surge Workout Fuel which is used pre-, intra and post. While it’s not quite as powerful as Plazma and Mag-10, it’s darn close and it better fits some people’s budgets.

thanks for the speedy reply Chris much appreciated,

ill mull this over for the next day or so, but i have to say im leaning on the MAG-10/Plazma side of things, from some of the feedback i have seen so far it truly seems like the next logical step for me
