Hi, I do long distance triathlons and use the Surge Workout Fuel for training on the bike and run. Would the Plazma benefit me if I pre-load with it only early in the morning before I start my long workouts? I can’t use it during training because of the protein content. Right now, I just sip on Surge Workout Fuel before I head out. Thanks!

<a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma would work very well too. Why can’t you use it during training? This isn’t a thick protein shake if that’s what you’re worried about. The unique di- and tripeptide complex is transported ? unaltered, requiring no further breakdown ? directly into the bloodstream.
We have ultra-marathoners using Plazma very successfully before and during their races. Here’s some info: http://tnation.t-nation.com/free_online_forum/diet_performance_supplements_biotest/plazma_and_endurance_athletes?pageNo=0#5731242
Thanks Chris for your response and the link. I’ll give it a try! I will say Biotest has been the best endurance fuel I’ve used and the last three years of racing has been so much better because of it.
