Plazma Dosing, Only Pre-WO?

If you wanted to use Plazma only pre workout, to make it last longer due to price, would it still have an effect and would it be worth the investment?

Definitely has an effect. In fact, Tim Patterson recommends that if someone is using only one serving (to better budget or because it’s an easier/shorter workout) use the pre-load serving.

That said, you may want to look into <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/surge-workout-fuel"target=“new”>Surge Workout Fuel, which has been described as “budget Plazma” by some. Could save you a few bucks and you’d use it pre, intra, and post (one serving spread out.)

How long before a workout would be the ideal time to take it then?

About 15 minutes pre-workout, per label instructions.
