Plazma Days Easier Than Non-Plazma Days

I find getting through the day not so hungry is easier when I train with Plazma. Was skeptical about this supplement at first, but, for me at least, it makes a huge difference, not only with lifting but also with controlling hunger for the rest of the day.

I agree with you here. The Plazma definitely seems to help with hunger for me too. Also, I find that Mag-10 with extra bcaa’s can really help on off training days and because of the flavor it seems to help with sweet cravings.

Makes sense. Two scoops gives you a little over 400 calories exactly when your body needs them the most. So, that’s not a bad thing at all.

Sounds like you’re doing well so far. Keep it up.
