Plazma & Creatine

Just curious if there is creatine in Plazma? If not, is it ok to add some Biotest creative into the Plazma solution?

There isn’t. (Not everyone likes it or responds to it.) But you can add creatine to <a href=""target=“new”>Plazma as long as it’s a plain, high quality version and not a mixture of other things that could interfere with the Plazma formula. We suggest <a href=""target=“new”>Creatine Monohydrate or <a href=""target=“new”>Creatine Malate.

Chris, I usually mix my Plazma the night before my workout…will the creatine malate be stable in suspension for that long.

The label says to mix it right before drinking.

Just in case, we suggest adding creatine just before consuming.

What is creatine malatate? I only see creatine monohydrate in the Biotest store. Can creatine monohydrate be added to Plazma? If so, right before training or can it sit? I mix my Plazma in the morning & let it settle in the fridge until training in the pm.
