Just got my first bottle of Plazma today and this will be my first day using it. It says on the bottle to pre load it 15 minutes before you train, do you guys do this pre load and still take a pre workout supplement or is pre workout not necessary?
This depend on how you define “pre-workout.”
If you mean a basic stimulant, that’s fine. But many so called “pre-workouts” add a bunch of other stuff that could interfere with the effectiveness of <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma. If your workout is not a stimulant, then there’s no need for it. Plazma is, in part, a pre-workout.
If you like to take a stimulant before training and want one that won’t interfere with Plazma, look into <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/spike-tablets"target=“new”>Spike Tablets.
