Plazma and Performance Training

#1

I know there has to be some guys out there that are focus on strength/performance over hypertrophy who are using Plazma. Do you think it is worth the money? I train for O-lifts, and have no desire to gain weight, but could definitely afford to drop about 3% bodyfat.

Does it really increase your training capacity enough to make it worthwhile? I follow an older Soviet program, where I’m lifting twice a day 3-4 days a week, with GPP work on the days I do not lift.

We’ve used <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma with a wide variety of performance athletes, from powerlifters to triathlon competitors and everything in between: CrossFit athletes, pro-bodybuilders, ultra-marathoners, Olympic lifters, etc. Their performance levels before and after using Plazma are like a night and day difference. Many report that their fellow competitors have asked them, “What are you really using?” implying it must be something shady instead of a legal supplement.

A strong boost in work capacity is the first thing you’ll notice. You may want to talk to coach Christian Thibaudeau about his experience with it as well. He focuses a lot on the Olympic lifts and has a few clients using Plazma. You can drop a question to him here: <a href="http://tnation.t-nation.com/free_online_forum/sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_thibaudeau?pageNo=1&s=forumsNavTop"target=“new”>Christian Thibaudeau Forum

We cannot say because a few of them are paid spokesmen for other supplement companies. They pay for Plazma and Indigo-3G out of their own pockets.

Thanks for the replies. I figured it would be of use.

JPPage: how do you use it? Are you doing 1 full serving with each session? I’m thinking I might go 1 scoop with the light session, 2 with the heavier.

Yep that’s it.I started with MAG-10 in the morning session and still bounce back to that once in a while. But most of my morning training sessions are with 1 scoop of plazma, and 2 with my evening ones.
