After using both of these supplements as a cornerstone of my peri-workout nutrition for the past 18 or so months, it’s easy to take their effects for granted. I was reminded of just how good they are recently when I left town on a business trip and forgot to bring them along. As usual, I found a local gym and got in a decent workout regardless.
The next day I went to my usual Title boxing workout. I noticed right away the DOMS in my quads, hams , chest and shoulders. My workout on the road was nothing unusual, so it’s obvious my Plazma and MAG-10 protocol usually negate the soreness.
In addition, I bonked after 10 minutes of boxing, and really struggled to get through it despite my usual pre workout MAG-10 dose. I felt that I hadn’t recovered sufficiently from the previous days workout, despite the fact that I go on back-to back days on a regular basis and generally have no issues.
At my age, (I’m 51) it’s all about the recovery! You can bet I won’t be running out of either of these terrific products anytime soon.
