Biotest

Plasma Dosing?

#1

The Biotest products sound great and I would like to try. My only concern is the dosing/price. The recommended dosing for Plasma is three servings a work day; so one container would last just over a week? For $70? Is this correct? If so how do you guys afford it and where do I sign up lol?

How long a bottle of <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma lasts depends on how many days per week you train since it’s only used around tough weight training workouts. 3 serving is standard for bigger, hard training guys, but many people find that 2 servings – one pre-loaded and one used during training – is all they really need. Some on a tight budget will only used the pre-load, then have a serving of <a href="http://www.T-Nation.com/store/products/MAG-10"target=“new”>MAG-10 post workout.

Another budget option is to just use <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/surge-workout-fuel"target=“new”>Surge Workout Fuel. It’s been upgraded recently and uses many of the same ingredients, but the price is lower.

Also, don’t forget to look for the discount code.

I usually train at least 6 days a week so I go through pretty quickly. The first thing I did was cut out pretty much all my other supplements except for Plasma and a protein powder. Second thing was to save my 3 scoop doses for those days when Im really trying to hurt myself. Third, I just set my priorities. I like to lift, I like to be in the gym. I really like to squat so my extra spending money isn’t spent at restaurants, clothes I don’t need or stuff for my truck that doesn’t make it go fast or stop fast (i don’t understand putting 36" tires on a truck that doesn’t even go down a damn dirt road, let alone actually off-road)

I hope this helps my friend. I can’t emphasize enough how good this stuff is
