Well I had my first workout today, it was pretty crappy. The good news is I stuck to the diet perfectly.

Here are my stats:

Weight - 235
Neck - 16.5
Chest - Upper - 48
Chest - Lower - 46
Waist - at Navel - 42.5
Waist - at largest - 44
Upper Arm - L - 16.5
Upper Arm - R - 16.75
Upper Leg - L - 23.5
Upper Leg - R - 23.5
Lower Leg - L - 16
Lower Leg - R - 16

Using a Tanita Bodyfat Scale My Bodyfat is: 22%

stay strong…the beginning is the roughest i just started week 2 today and feel good but on day 4 i thought i was gonna kill somebody my head ache was so bad…

short of being a POW i dont think theres a faster way to lose body fat… so stay disciplined and it will pay off in the end…

Hi there - I just started yesterday, so we are pretty much on the same schedule! My first workout was today. I screwed up the ab wheel exercise. I’ll know better next time. Congrats on completing Day 1!

Day 2: Stuck with my diet / supplements perfectly and did my NEPA. Was feeling pretty crappy mid-afternoon and wanted some real food, but it passed relatively quickly.

Day 3: Weight workout was a bit crappy. This is the only thing so far that’s proving to be difficult. Run out of energy very early. Stuck with my diet / supplements perfectly and did my NEPA.
