Personal Trainer


Hi Chris,

I have been working with a personal trainer for a bit using mainly HITT with weights and would like to continue working with them for the motivation factor. I was thinking it would be best to work with them during the Sat/Sun training day since it has a higher level of difficultly. Is there a pdf for this session that I could provide them with easily, or what do you suggest I recommend to them for this period? It is only a 30 min session and I do not want them to feel that I have not been appreciative of there help and abilities.
