Aside from the non-solid meal aspect of the V-Diet is there any reason why peanut butter could not be replaced with an ounce of peanuts? It has about the same amount of calories, sodium, and less carbs.

Even Gus made the protein baked things during his diet. So i’m not sure if the solid theory applies. I’ve also heard of the using of PB to make a bar of sorts with the protein and chilling it.
I think the point is controlled nutrition and will power.
