Pb2 + Metabolic Drive


Add a scoop of PB2 to Metabolic Drive.

No blender required, so you can make peanut butter shakes on the run/while traveling.

Not a lot of cals.

It’s so delicious it’s UNREAL.


Try this:

3 scoops chocolate MD low carb
4 tbsp pb2 (I like peanut butter)
1 cup cottage cheese (I use fat free but I’m sure it doesn’t taste as good)
1 egg
4 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1 cup frozen blueberries
vanilla extract
unsweetened vanilla almond breeze — add it slowly to keep the shake from getting too runny. You will NOT need more than 1/2 cup
pinch of salt
splenda to taste
12 ice cubes

Blend and eat. Throw in the freezer for a few minutes for better consistency.

Makes the shake a bit thicker.


Do you guys mix the PB2 when you are going to eat it or has anyone mixed the whole jar and kept in the refrigerator?


I just dump it in by the tablespoon into whatever I’m making. Tried it plain, didn’t care for it.
