That just seems like a terrible idea all around.
I mean, the bottle does say to shake prior to drinking.

damn son…14:46 for V-Burn is beast!!!

No big updates for day 6. My HSM for week 2 will be Tuesday. I know they are supposed to be spaced by a week but it will be a professional setting where it isn’t an option for me to just sit there (similar situation for HSM #3 which will be the following Wednesday)

Week 1 done! Pics coming tomorrow morning so I’m excited to see my progress.

A) front squat @ 205 lbs 5,5,5,5
B) chinup 5,5,5,5

D) ab wheel 10,10

Day 8
Day 9:
A) BB Reverse Lunge @ 160 lbs 8,8,8,8,8 (I’ve been doing 40 total reps, not 40/side…is that correct or not?)
B) BB Bent-over Rows @ 135lbs 8,8,8,8,8
C) BB Push Press @ 100 lbs 8,8,8,8,4,4
D) BB Curl @ 75 lbs 8,8,8,8,8
E) Reverse Crunch 10,10,10,10
Day 10

Hey man, nice progress so far. I also noticed you traded in your diaper for a pair of UA briefs. Good call IMO haha

As for your question in the above, you are supposed to be doing 40 reps per side. It is grueling. I can’t do it exactly right, so I alternate (left, right, left right) instead of (leftx9 rightx9). I’ve found that if I try to do this, I can get the 9 reps on the left but only like 4 or 5 on the right. Weird.

Day 11:
A) deadlift @ 205lbs 8,8,8,8,8
B) decline DB press @ 75lbs 8,8,8,4,3,3,3,3
C) pullups 8,8,4,4,4,4,4,4
D) hand walkout 10,10,10,10

Day 12:
V-Burn 14min 55sec
I think the slight drop in timeis attributable to the timing of my HOT-ROX. Last week I took it right before the V-Burn but this time not until after

Halfway home!

Day 13

Day 14:
A) Front Squat @ 205lbs 5,5,5,5
B) Chinup 5,5,5,5
C) DB Bench @ 75lbs 5,5,4,2,2; 70 lbs 2
D) Ab-wheel 10,10
