Ive been eating paleo for 8months or so, and I never looked into insulin for muscle growth. I just started 5x5, and my goals are to jncrease strength, but i expect to gain some size too. Basically, heres my macros, and i want feedback on how it will affect my gains. I want body fat kept to a minimum, but i dont want to inhibit my gains. I just read an article on here about controling insulin etc. But here is today’s data, and i usually eat pretty close to these numbers every day.
