I fall outside the guide lines for weight. I weight 345#. Were do I start, I would like to start this diet. I am 45 and weight trained in the pass, played football and also was in the Army. HELP!

It’s best to get some of the weight off in the usual way – good eating, hard training – then use the V-Diet to break a plateau. Lots of info and free programs available on this site to get you on the right track.
You could also consider what some call the V-Diet Lite: two shakes per day, one for breakfast, one to replace the last meal of the day. In between have 2 to 3 HSMS (healthy solid meals). That’s a good way to ease into the diet.
