I am an extreme ectomorph. If I look at a weight, I get bigger. I’ve been lifting pretty hard for a few months and have put on a ton of muscle. The problem is that I’ve put on a bit of fat as well and have barely managed to keep it in check with 3-4 days of aerobics a week. I’m ready to strip it off and see what’s under there!
I measure BF using the US Army 3-point measurement formula. I do have a computerized skinfold caliper but I found that it’s very inconsistent and tends to underestimate BF.
I worked out already this morning and am finding the shakes difficult to drink. They need milk… bad. I may have to dump a few splashes in them in order to get the taste and consistency that I need, otherwise I don’t think I’ll be able to drink these things.
Anyone have any tips on how to do this diet at work? Should I load up a couple of thermos with the powder and mix there? Or blend in the morning and take them with?
