OT1138's Before and After Photos


I did 4 weeks on the V-diet and the last two weeks I went down to two shakes a day and two regular meals with a 500 calorie/day reduction. My weight has been going steadily down and according to my measurements, I’m not losing any significant muscle (I might even be gaining).
