My current work out below allows me to work each muscle group twice a week and get 3 days rest between each group. Does anyone see any changes i should for velocity diet? Should I drop the sets and do 40 reps for all and change the rest time? Is there a volume calculator or formula that the VDIET uses? The volume on the diet plan seems so low. Also got Alpha Male, More Plazma, Hot Rox and Indigo 3G. Cant wait to start!
