Optimal Plazma & MAG-10 Use?

#1

I have the financial decision between either 5 servings of Plazma daily

OR

3 servings of Plazma and 4 servings of MAG-10 daily.

So the question is, has anyone switched between these 2 protocols? Which did you get the best recovery and results from? I’m just looking for general insight and opinions. I’ll probably try one for a month and then the other but I’m looking for feedback first.

I would do the 3 servings of Plazma and 4 servings of MAG-10.

I don’t think unless you’re on some crazy growth program needing 5 servings of Plazma.

MAG-10 pulsing is great, with the Plazma + MAG-10 combo you’re getting your peri nutrition, two post workout pulses and have room for 2 more given your 4 servings from above.

We agree with corstijeir above.

Even our pro-athletes and the giants who train legs for over 2 hours (think John Meadows training with Dave Tate) may only need 3-4 servings of <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma for those marathon workouts. We mere mortals do great with 2-3 servings, then a pulse of two of <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/mag-10"target=“new”>Mag-10 post-workout. You may want to add some between-meal or pre-bed pulses of Mag-10, but still, no need for 5 servings of Plazma per day.

Your second option is best.
