I have the financial decision between either 5 servings of Plazma daily
3 servings of Plazma and 4 servings of MAG-10 daily.
So the question is, has anyone switched between these 2 protocols? Which did you get the best recovery and results from? I’m just looking for general insight and opinions. I’ll probably try one for a month and then the other but I’m looking for feedback first.
