Managed to get up and do my morning routine so that was nice. Here are my measurements.

Wake: 6:00
Yoga: 5-10 minutes
Meditation 20 Minutes
HOT-ROX: 7:15
Walking: 7:15
Breakfast: 8:00
Lunch: 12:00
HOT-ROX: 1:00
Snack: 3:00 pm
Dinner: 7:00
Bedtime Snack: 10:00
