So my husband and I started the V Diet on Monday… we also decided to take this as an opportunity to get into all kinds of other good habits… like 8 hours of sleep every night etc… he’s been feeling great and energetic during the day whereas just get super exhausted by the afternoon. We are following the training and the NEPA walks as suggested but I really think it’s because my whole day in NEPA whereas he spends a lot of time tied to a desk.
I’m a full time mom of a very active 10 month old so I’m always moving and usually carrying a wiggly 21 lbs with me! Any suggestions on how to keep up the energy in the afternoon through the evening? I’m definitely not considering stopping the diet.
