Occassional Soy


I did enjoy an occasional mapo tofu without rice. But after learning about soy’s negative impact on testosterone i avoided soy.

I am not referring to soy isolate or any of that sheet.

I am talking about tofu, a delicious eggplant and ground beef with hard tofu stir fry from my mom is great.

So is soy once in a while foodwise ok?


Once in a while, in “natural” form or as close to it as possible, it’s okay. The main issue, as you noted, is with soy-containing protein powders or things of that nature. I wouldn’t sweat a bite or two of real tofu as part of an occasional meal.
