I thought I would share a great resource I am starting to use again:
It takes just a few minutes to enter in all the ingredients of your favorite recipe and get a detailed nutrition summary.
Since I last used it, they added a custom entry tool which allows you to enter in information for whey protein, coconut flour, etc.
I mainly use it to figure out total calories for me so that I know what a proper serving size is. If for example a soup recipe gives me 800 total calories and I am shooting for a 200-300 calories as an appetizer, I know that I need to split it up into 1/3’s or 1/4’s and refrigerate / freeze the rest for later.
