Having a little trouble finding the brand Nut butter in any of the local Health food stores. So can I just use any brand of organic natural peanut butter?
Also when you say “milled” Flax seed do you actual ground up flax seed granuals or can I use Flax seed oil?

Man, I’m glad you asked. Nut butter isn’t a brand.
Nut butter = “peanut butter” made from any nut - walnut butter, almond butter etc. Natural peanut butter is easiest to find. Ingredients should say “peanuts, salt” only.
“Milled” means ground up. Buy them that way (recommended) or grind them yourself in a coffee or spice grinder. Put in fridge after opening.
