Hi I don’t know what supplement is best for me to take. my goal is to loose no more than 5 to 7 lbs and lean out. I work out in the gym no less than 5 times a week spending a minimum of one hour to maximum of one hour and a half focusing solely on weighting. My goal is to look like the model for Fahrenheit.
I want to lean and get hard, I am in confused as to what supplements will help me to achieve my results I was thinking of taking Fahrenheit along with Se7en. Can you please help me. Thank you.
