Not Sure What Supp is Best for Me?

#1

Hi I don’t know what supplement is best for me to take. my goal is to loose no more than 5 to 7 lbs and lean out. I work out in the gym no less than 5 times a week spending a minimum of one hour to maximum of one hour and a half focusing solely on weighting. My goal is to look like the model for Fahrenheit.

I want to lean and get hard, I am in confused as to what supplements will help me to achieve my results I was thinking of taking Fahrenheit along with Se7en. Can you please help me. Thank you.

<a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/fahrenheit"target=“new”>Fahrenheit would be a great choice since it’s not only a fat burner but also contains things to help you keep and build muscle. There’s no need to use fahrenheit and Se7en together because fahrenheit already contains Se7en. It’s a very complete supplement.

The main addition you’ll need is a workout nutrition supplement to fuel your workouts and help you recover. <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma is the top choice there. Being a smaller female, you may only need the pre-load serving before training and perhaps one more serving during training for longer, tougher workouts.

Also look into <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G, especially if you’ve had a hard time dealing with carbs.
