No Energy

#1

I just finished up the 8th day of my 3rd VDiet. However, this is the first time I have tried it during season. I am a college baseball coach and I am on the field at least 4 hours a day. My NEPA is being on the field and throwing batting practice for about one hour each day. With all of the outside time, I have zero energy and I’m extremely hungry. Any suggestions? I didn’t have issues with being hungry or lack of energy the first two times around. Had really good results the first two Vdiets and have no desire to quit this time, just need energy.

The stress and extra activity required during the season is probably making making it tougher this time around.

First, make sure you’re sleeping well and getting plenty of hours. If not, feel free to add Z12 to the regimen.

If sleep is adequate, then look into Brain Candy and use one bottle per day, taken on an empty stomach.

Lastly, if you feel that your activity is higher this time around, add a few calories by using an extra scoop of MEtabolic Drive (1 per day, whenever you want it) or a hit or two of MAG-10.

I have tried Brain Candy when I wasn’t on the V-Diet and really liked it. I will be honest. I thought it was just going to be like Red Bull or 5 hr energy, but definitely much better. No concerns with Brain Candy and HOT-ROX taken at the same time? Thanks for the response

If you can handle the caffeine component, you can take both at once. Full dose HOT-ROX (4 per day) and Brain Candy might be a little much honestly, but everyone is different when it comes to stimulatory ingredients.

Last question: with the energy issues, would it be smart to do a pulse fast or should I wait until my season is over?

you may be suprised at how much energy you have during a pulse fast.

People respond differently. I think an experienced V-Dieter would have a better response to a Pulse Fast though.

Maybe save it for a Sunday or off day at least.

Agreed! I totally feel more energized when Pulse Fasting w/ the MAG-10 than on days when we are straight v-dieting…odd, we thought it would be the other way around.
