My name is Steve and I am ready for a radical change. I need a program that is going to change my eating habits and help me achieve the body I always wanted. I have gone from 152 all the way to 180 (currently). I wouldn’t say I am fat, but not skinny. I look average, and that is why I am taking the Velocity Diet challenge.

Today is a new day in my life. Its hard to watch people eat food, but my willpower is really strong. Cakes and cookies all over the place. I feel better about not eating crap and beating this CHALLENGE! I haven’t really been hungry at all today, but I still have a couple hours left!

Wow already down 7lbs! I know its water, but its a start. I feel like crap. I have a headache all day and no energy. I have no appetite and a thought of a protein shake makes me want to puke. But other than that, things are going great!

I’ve been reading some logs and you, me, and some other dude all lost about 7 pounds in the first 2-3 days! I agree its almost all water weight but its still encouraging.
