New Velocity Diet - Updated Calories?

Hi Chris,

Just downloaded the new plan. I’ve done the original in
Years past. Noticed the calories this time around seem
Super low. 880 on non workout days and 1300 on workout days (for men)

Seems pretty generic.

Can you elaborate some about this new caloric intake and thought process behind it

Looking to give it a run next month (after Super Bowl :slight_smile:

You are forgetting to count the daily solid meal calories.

Also, the V-Diet ebook has a section on adjustments and modifications to personalize it, from the extra (or one less) scoop of Metabolic Drive to the daily meal calorie ranges.
