New to Velocity Diet


Competing in my first Figure Show in November. Hit a plateau in getting leaner, then I heard about the V Diet. Decided to give it a try.

Started on 9/11/12 and I am down 4.4 lbs so far as of this morning on 9/13/12. Things are going good so far for the first two days… Stay tuned.

Took measurements and photos on day one. Will post at two weeks with changes.

Now, don’t expect to lose that much every week. You probably are already quite lean. You’ll get leaner but not at that rate (most likely.)

The important thing isn’t scale weight, as people gain muscle on the V-Diet too which throws off those numbers, but the tape measurements suggested in the plan. Be sure you’re doing those too, and pics help too.
