New to V-Diet. Excited and Nervous


Hello TNation!

I was introduced to the Velocity Diet by my trainer, who has done it twice in the past with great results. I have 6 weeks until my 36th birthday and am going to Hawaii to celebrate. I have let a few pounds creep on over the past year and, as with most women, have always struggled with body image issues regarldess. I am excited to tackle the V-Diet to lose fat and gain muscle. I believe that being fit and strong is sexy and hope to feel better than ever in 6 weeks.

Starting weight: 131.5
hips - 38.5
waist - 27
thigh - 20.5
Bicep - 10
