Alright, to begin with I am 20yrs old and I have been lifting for over 4 years now. I just entered the world of powerlifting for college and also I am a bodybuilder who competed in my first ever show this year. While I am in college I really want to focus on powerlifting and compete in bodybuilding later on after I am done with school. I’ve taken so many different types of supps and have been wanting to try Biotest supps for some time now. So I am looking for any opinions on the best stack I could start with.
Highest possible strength gains and muscle growth also.
If anyone could help me out I’d greatly appreciate it. And I know diet and training will always be the number one priority.
