New Plazma Inductee

#1

Aloha Chris,

For me what would be the recommended intake for Plazma? Should I just follow what Meadows has listed on the Plazma page adjusting times to my schedule?

4:00PM MAG-10 Pulse / Finibar
4:45PM Pre-Load Plazma 500 ml; Indigo-3G 6 capsules
5:00PM - 6:30PM Workout w/Plazma 500 ml
6:30PM Post Plazma 500 ml
6:45PM MAG-10
7:30PM Post Meal

My thoughts were this:

4:00PM MAG-10 Pulse / 1/2 Finibar
4:45PM Pre-Load Plazma 500 ml; Indigo-3G 6 capsules
5:00PM - 6:30PM Workout w/Plazma 500 ml
6:30PM Post Workout MAG-10 500 ml; 1/2 Finibar
7:30PM Post Meal

Mahalo for your assistance.

You probably meant to write “6:30PM Post Mag-10 500 ml” in the first column. <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma should be consumed before and during training, not post. You want it all “in you” during training so you can drive it into working muscles. Mag-10 is ideal for post-training.

But yes, one pre-load serving of Plazma, then one serving during training should be perfect for you based on the plan we discussed elsewhere. Timing looks good.

Keep us posted!
