NEPA Walk Right After Lifting?

Hey Chris,

Another quick question. Are there any benefits or drawbacks if I was to do my NEPA walk about 10 minutes after I’ve finished lifting and downed my Surge?

Can you do the NEPA immediately following workout, then take Surge upon NEPA completion?

Based on the latest research, I’d suggest sipping Surge Recovery during the workout as well, say half during then half right after. It’s okay to do your NEPA after weight training with Surge in you already. The NEPA is just a little extra activity, but fueling weight training recovery is the priority between the two.
