Chris I have a question about the best timing for NEPA for max fat loss.
I do my workouts from 11am to 12 noon. Then I do my NEPA around 4pm.
However, i’ve read that doing NEPA (like a brisk walk) early in the morning before you’re first meal is best for fatloss since your carb levels are so low.
So, should I shift my NEPA from 4pm to 6-7am?
