NEPA Question

I’m nearing the end of week 2 of the V-Diet, and although the fat is coming off, it’s not quite as much as I’d hoped for. Right now, I try to walk at least 2 miles on workout days, and 5 miles on non-workout days. But I’ve got plenty of free time, and there’s no reason I couldn’t be walking a lot more.

So, my question: is there is any limit to the amount of NEPA one should do on the V-Diet? I know I should not run, or even jog. But I was thinking that on non-workout days, there’s no reason I couldn’t walk 10+ miles. I could stroll around the zoo all day or something… I want to do as much as I can to lose as much fat as possible in the next 4 weeks.

I don’t see any issues with lots and lots of walking.

Make sure that you aren’t aimlessly strolling, you should have some stride in your walk, not a power walk, but something that’s going to make your heart beat a bit faster than normal

You can’t over-train NEPA – it’s just walking – so sure, add however much you’d like.
