Need Help Planning Super Stack

#1

Currently transitioning off of the V-Diet, and need some help planning where to go from here. After a long history of obesity, I’m down to 225lbs at roughly 12-14% bodyfat. I’m tired of being the strong fat guy, so Indigo-3G seems like the next logical step. The new Super Stack will max out my supplement budget, and I want to make sure that it is the best approach to gaining muscle and losing however much more bodyfat I can.

My current routine is a 4-day per week split, normally based on the 5/3/1 template. My general schedule is below.

5:00A - Wake Up
5:30-6:30A - Workout
6:45-7:15A - Breakfast
8:00-1:00P - Work
1:00-2:00P - Lunch
2:00-6:45P - Work
7:30-8:00P - Dinner
9:00P - Bed

So, a series of questions. Thanks in advance for any assistance. Any other suggestions are welcome.

  1. Is the full Super Stack best, or would it be better to stick with just Indigo-3G (and maybe Plazma)?

  2. Are there any guidelines for the size/macros of the solid meals, or overall caloric/macro intake?

  3. If I do opt for the Super Stack, I would like to stretch the MAG-10 over the full month, which means only two servings per day. When would be best to consume those 2 pulses?

  4. My workouts are usually first thing in the morning due to work demands. I assume the first serving of Indigo-3G should be first thing in the morning. Should the second be exactly 6 hours later, or in the evening before dinner?

Thanks again,

Congrats on success with the V-Diet!

For your schedule, you’d wake up and take 6 capsules of <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G. About 15 minutes before you lift, you’d have a pre-load serving of <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma. (If it’s more convenient, you can have Indigo-3G and your pre-load Plazma serving at the same time.) Depending on the intensity and length of your training, consume 1 or 2 more serving of Plazma during training.

The best time for a <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/mag-10"target=“new”>Mag-10 pulse is after lifting. Given your budget and desire to use one more pulse sometime in the day, we suggest a second serving of Mag-10 an hour after the first, or you can use between meals, as breakfast, or even before bed. It’s really hard to go wrong with Mag-10, so it’s up to you.

As for your second question, this depends much on you and your goals. We do not have general recommendations and everyone is different here. If your goal is fat loss, you still need some clean carbs to get the most of the nutrient repartitioning effects of Indigo-3G. (You’d have your second dose before dinner most likely.) We have some carb guidelines here: <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/strength-training-topics/1617"target=“new”>Indigo-3G Carb Guide.

If you start an Indigo-3G log, we’d be glad to look over your diet plan there.
