I’ve been following the V-Diet for 9 days and I’m down 10 lbs. I’m happy with the results so far, but I’m experiencing some mild to severe nausea almost every night. I have no other cold or flu symptoms. I am not fatigued or hungry throughout the day. And I checked (twice) --not pregnant.

I would like to know what is causing my nausea and also how to effectively treat it (preferably without Rx meds).

Hard to say, but some have issues when they take HOT-ROX on an empty stomach. Take with a shake to see if that helps.

Also, make sure:

Your natural nut better is kept in the fridge after opening. It can go rancid.

Your flax seeds are kept in the fridge after opening.

Finally, flax seed itself can be problematic for a small few. Cut the serving in half or down to one dose per day.

Lastly, ginger capsules are great for nausea in general. I use them for travel sickness.
