This is a present for Chris for all the help & awesome recipes he continually brings to TNation! If you already know that’s fine too, but Lo Han Guo has been used for centuries in Asia as a natural herb to sweeten stuff. It comes in a fruit form & in packets called Monk Fruit In The Raw. From my understanding this is completely natural with no downsides like some sweeteners. I’m picking some up after my workout today. Everyone Enjoy, especially Chris (and of course Dani)!
Thanks, I’ll check into it. The makers of Splenda recently came out with a monk fruit product too, Nectresse, but I haven’t tried it yet or researched it.
