Ok so basically I have been a lurker on these forums for awhile but I am starting my V-Diet tomorrow as I have everything I need to get started

here are my measurements:

Belly: 36 �?�
Thigh: 24.25 �?�
Calf: 17.25 �?�
Chest: 42" �?�
Upper Abs: 34.5" �?�
Shoulders: 48.0" �?�
Upper Arm: 13.5" �?�
Neck: 17"

Pictures and starting weight will be provided tomorrow

kick some ass. It’s hell but worth it. So much that I stupidly came back for more.
