my goal is to reach single digit numbers in 3-4 weeks. I will check back in at the end of the week to give an update. Today went very well, however the evening brought some brain fog but battled through using some green tea. One thing i figured out today is that you can’t underestimate the importance of WATER intake throughout the day.
