BENT OVER ROW-underhand grip. I did four sets of 5 repetitions with 95 lbs.
OVER HEAD SQUAT. I did four sets of 5 repetitions with 95 lbs.
DIPS. I did four sets of 6 repetitions with no weight.
AB-WHEEL ROLLOUT. I did four sets of 5 repetitions.
Folks I am an experience bodybuilder with many years of training under my belt. My form is excellent,however due to a Cervical Disc surgery I am not 100%. My left arm and pecs are maybe 20% of full strength. I have also a Lumbar disc problem and as a result my bend over rows have to be performed very cautiously. My entire workout took me 22 minutes to perform. Is this correct? Am i supposed to be doing more sets and more repetitions? The workout calls for 20 TOTAL REPS with a resting interval of 30 seconds with a LOAD of 4-5 RM. Again guys am I doing something wrong? The workout seem to be to short for me and eventhou the Bentover rows and Overhead squat where a worried to me i still performed the lifts with considerable ease. Dips i cannot do a single one due to my left tricep and left pec being very weak.I did these two exercises with no only my bodyweight.
