I’m doing the V-Diet after about a year of not seriously training. I’m doing the training program as prescribed but I’m experiencing some serious muscle soreness. Should i alter the training program at all or should I just grain through it? I have no problem training through it.
Some soreness is to be expected when you adopt a new training method. Chad Waterbury, the author of the V-Diet training program, says to train through most forms of soreness, unless it’s a totally debilitating soreness.
