Muscle Preservation - What is your Experience?

Considering the V-Diet for my next cut but I am concerned with muscle preservation.

I have a very difficult time holding on to muslce in the face of a caloric deficit and have recently put on close to 20 lbs. Some fat, some muscle.

From your experience, does the V-Diet help preserve muscle?

I think that’s the whole point. Uncovering it, preserving it, and possibly building a little. Might lose a tiny bit, I dunno. Maybe post same question in the Ask Chris thread.

If you follow PROPERLY the diet and the training plan you will probably gain some muscle while loosing fat. At least in my case that is what happened.
